A simple healthy Ayurvedic recipe:

 

Indegrents:

  • 300g Medjuul dates

  • 10g coconut crains

  • Chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Remove the seeds from the dates,

Mix all ingredients together in your blender.

*If you also love cinnamon like I do, add a little bit*

Then start rolling small Energie Balls

Put it for 10min into the fridge

And enjoy you’re healthy Ayurvedic snacks
